The house is well designed with lots of cozy modern farmhouse character! Multiple Living rooms dining room with long wood farmhouse table. One living room with large TV and soundbar can do screen casting. Blazing fast Fiber internet (500-600Mbps). Stream movies on the 65 inch mini-LED QLED TV with included Netflix and Disney+. Great for movies, music videos, retreats, gatherings and more!

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Awesome location! Had a wide variety of room/living spaces for production and staging. Very simple location to load in/out for crew with plenty of parking available. Matt was incredibly gracious and worked with production to accommodate our schedule and production needs. Road was quiet with no difficulties capturing audio.
