4,000 Sq Ft Private Event Space (including LED Wall and Full AV Setup)

The Warehaus is the best event space in the Denver area. Our 4,000+ sq ft facility is well equipped to accommodate any sort of private party, whether it's a karaoke night for the office, your wedding reception, or your nephew's bar mitzvah! Our space can do it all. Our space features a large stage with a 20ft wide by 10ft tall LED wall. We have many visual assets you can use, or you can bring any logo, branding, or presentations that can play with ease. Or, easily connect your own computer using HDMI or Apple Airplay. Our audio setup includes a large PA system and 2 handheld wireless mics. We also have the capabilities to accomodate live music, with a full in-ear or wedge monitor system, DI boxes, along with amp and drum microphones. For Karaoke we also offer live autotune, so everyone in the party can sing confidently. We also have a private green room and upper balcony, featuring a small dressing room, a dual makeup vanity, and a variety of other amenities like a mini fridge and apple tv. Our space also has, not inlcuded in base price, studio set rooms that can be purchased a la carte for different needs. You can use them for photography, VIP areas, or whatever creative things you choose! We also offer instant photobooth services for an additional price. Check our add on list for more information about them. We have 3 white standard party tables, and 3 high top cocktail tables, with 20 standard black folding chairs and 11 high top chairs. We have 4 extra large tables and a small mini bar for any gear, food, or drinks you need to store. If you would like more tables and seating there is a rental place next store to our facility! Just give us the info and we can rent them for you, or you can do it yourself! We have a large 12x12 garage door for loading things in and out. We also have 1 full service bathroom, but for any events over 25 people we will have portapotties outside for use as well. There is no A/C but there is a swamp cooler that gets the job done! There is heating in the winter. We DO NOT have a bar or kitchen, so all food and drinks must be sourced by you! Vendors are more then welcome, or you can BYOB.
