About the Space
Warm contemporary home with fantastic backdrops and great light. This is a creative director's dream set that makes for great photos and videos. With a variety of industrial materials including lots of rusted steel, iron and modern art throughout, you'll get an unlimited number of angles and options in one location. Outdoor spaces include more interesting materials including rusted iron fencing, pool and spa spaces, gabion walls (rock-filled cages) and venetian plaster not stucco for a true rustic feel. Large great room, bedrooms, library, gym, all unique. Ideal for photo, video, large table to stage meetings.

Cannot hear neighbors and there is little traffic. AC can be shut off during video recording if needed.

Equipment loading description
Equipment can be loaded from the front of the house through a large door that opens the entire great room to the patio making one giant indoor/outdoor space.
Staging area is available
Master bathroom is used for make-up and hair. Dressing room with two full length mirrors plus another in the hall.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Outlets are according to modern building code, every few feet. There are several circuit breakers that will be pointed out upon arrival.

General Rules
No pets unless the shoot is for pet products, no indoor or outdoor smoking, no drug use. No loud outdoor music at any time. Catering is permitted. There is no lifeguard on duty so use of the pool and spa is at your own risk. No large trailers or truck parking in driveway. Sorry, no X-rated shoots or parties.

Production insurance is required
Ideally, we request liability insurance at $2 million which is standard and not expensive for a limited shoot.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
With prior approval and supervision.
No smoke machines allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Several cameras inside and outside the home in main living areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
House is kept clean and sanitized. Use hydrogen peroxide and alcohol as cleaning agents.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
