- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This particular home was perfect for my family reunion! It has an open floorpan that helped with the flow of people & conversations. The play room upstairs was ample enough for the youth to enjoy. It has a home movie theater but they weren't able to get it to work. (It was ok since we were really more about spending time downstairs and outside.) Outside parking worked well for our vehicles. Julio's place is one that we will definitely keep in mind for our next event.
