For reservations, time must include set up and clean up time. Guests are asked to be out promptly at the end of their event as we frequently have two events in a day and need time to clean, sanitize, and prep for the following event to come. The space includes 7 bathroom stalls/ and 1 urinal. Guests are able to enter at the reservation start time and must be FULLY out by the reservation end time. Guest must remove all decorations and trash from the space and place them in the garbage bins- garbage bags are to be placed on the side of the building at the end of the event. Additional cleaning fee will be added on if trash and decorations are not disposed of properly. IMPORTANT: WE LOVE TO PARTY BUT WE ALSO LOVE TO KEEP OUR NEIGHBORS HAPPY! RENTER AGREES TO KEEP MUSIC/NOISE TO A CONSIDERATE LEVEL DUE TO THE RESIDENTIAL AREA THE STUDIO IS LOCATED. Please keep the doors to the building closed during the party as the noise will carry. The space isn’t a bad size but we were not happy with the cleanliness of the facility. The kitchen was not clean at all. The sink has gross food residue in the bottom of it. All the surfaces looked dirty with stains and there was no soap to wash ur hands or anything. The fridge was broke with water building up in the bottom where put containers of food. Thank God we didn’t need to use the kitchen for any cooking. The floor in the bathroom, kitchen and behind the bar need to be swept. The back area where the bathroom was located had no A/C so it was quite hot. Other thank the cleanliness and temperature for the restrooms it wasn’t too bad. But they would definitely have to improve the cleaning and fix the A/C before we would ever rent there again.

Booking was quick, easy and the space was AMAZING! I would recommend this space but you would probably book it up for years to come and you'd leave no room for me! Just kidding.. Book it while you can because I'll definitely be booking again real soon. I know you'll enjoy it as much as my friends and I did!

This place was great!!! Very spacious for out event. Had about 60 people and it definitely could've fit more! Very good communication from the host!
