The suite is perfect for a team of 12, and includes a meeting room and shared access to a conference room and kitchenette. A separate office with 6-12 desks can be included. General Rules
Please be sure to account for setup and breakdown of your event when requesting to book. Your access to the space begins at your booked time.
We operate on a "leave no trace" policy. The space will be fully cleaned after your event, but we ask that you take out anything you may have brought into our space (including leftover food!).
Space rules:
No smoking (except in designated outdoor areas)
No open flames. Candles must be enclosed in glass
No bird seeds, rice, confetti, or glitter.
Not nailing items to doors, windows, walls, or floors (tape & command strips are OK)
No fog machines, pyrotechnics, or displays or props involving water. No special FX equipment with potential for fire or water damage
No cooking in the space (chafing dishes & chafing fuel are OK)
Failure to comply with any of the above may result in additional fees.

Health and Safety Measures
Spaces are cleaned between every booking. Please reach out to us for a run-down of the cleaning process!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
