White brick modern custom home with open floor plan. Bright large entry way with high ceilings and windows. Large white countertops, modern kitchen with black and gold fixtures. Beautifully decorated shelves around fireplace. White Spa-like master bath and bedroom. Well decorated dining room with big windows for natural lighting. Access to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We loved this place! Amanda was extremely responsive and communicative, and she left a few extra touches for arrival that made us feel right at home. The home was more beautiful than expected. Plenty of space for production. Very clean home as well.

Amanda was an exceptional host. The property was in immaculate condition, clean, and ready to use upon arrival. I would hold Photoshoots here in the future for sure! The house was well-lit, stacked with windows for all of the natural light! Refreshments left on the counter for my clients was the cherry on top! 10/10 stars for this venue and host!
