They come to the home and provide different services for individuals and/or groups. (4-day prior notice is required, same day appointments aren't guaranteed) LIVING ROOM Sink into the chaise loungers after a long day by watching a movie/show on our SMART 70” TV or just simply reading a book and enjoying the soothing waterfall fountain. We provide access to the following streaming channels for your use, Netflix, ESPN+, Hulu, and Disney+! If you would like to access additional streaming services, please remember your passwords. VIP LOUNGE Perfect for sneaking away to relax on the sofa w/chaise &ottoman and enjoy a second area to watch one of your favorite streaming services on another one of our 70" SMART TV! Billiards table is also available for your enjoyment. KITCHEN Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. Prep time? The vast kitchen counters offer plenty of counter space for all of the chefs in the kitchen. HALLWAY BATH The shared bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combination w/ rainfall shower head, and a double vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. OUTDOOR SPACE The outdoor space allows you to sit under the stars and enjoy time with friends and family. We also have a jacuzzi to enjoy unwinding with your friends/family. EXCERCISE ROOM This space features an Elliptical Machine Cross Trainer w/ 8 level resistance, dumbbells set, resistance bands, yoga mat, and exercise balls. PETS We do not accept pets at this time. An exception to the rule is Service Animals. Please notify us prior if you will have your Service Animal accompanying you or one of the guests. CHILDREN We allow children , but our home is not equipt for children because of its spa theme. No children under 4 years old in the hottub DISCLAIMER: Exterior Video Surveillance cameras are located at the front and back of the townhome. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies per AIRBNB guidelines. It is in no way to infringe upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited.
