About the Space
Located in Fairburn, GA just minutes south of Atlanta Hartsfield airport this space is perfect for content creators looking to record their podcast or take photos/videos in our flexible multipurpose space. PODCAST AREA- Our podcast area is over 400 sq feet for up to 4 people recording in person comfortably around our huge podcast table. 4 mics and headphones provided with the use of our RODEcaster pro setup. Soft lights included. PHOTOGRAPHY AREA- We have a 18ft high cycle wall as well as a photo paper wall for use with 3 different colors to choose from. MINI SETS- Weather you are coming to have fun and take selfies or have a professional shoot our space has multiple spaces to do both including Office space Graffitti Wall Silver sequin wall 4 flower wall to choose from Sneaker wall Vintage radio / tv set LED cloud set Kitchen Paint wall Living room Hair salon Levi Wall Italian Bistro Phone booth 20 individual sets to choose from to take your photos or videos. RESTROOM- The restroom has vanity with LED lights and bluetooth speakers to vibe out while you get set ready. Clothes rack also available. You are encouraged to wash hands frequently during your production. LOUNGE- Our lounge area is the office space which has refrigerator, microwave and a TV to relax between shoots. HOURS- No productions will be booked past 10pm. Extra charges will be applied if events or productions past 10 pm. Charges only reflect hours booked. Any overtime or early time over 15 minutes will be charged a 1.5X the rate s per PEERSPACE policy

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
