No smoking or vaping in the building. Smoking cigarettes, weed, or vaping inside the space isn't allowed and subject to a $1000 fine. Outside catering is allowed. No alcohol allowed after 11pm. All trash must be removed at the end of the space use. No pets inside the house. Unless add-on confirmed. Please clean and remove shoes when inside the space. Shoe covers may be provided if needed. Do not enter restricted areas. Overtime rate during and within 24 hours of bookin is: Time and a half MUSIC Policy: If you plan on playing music during your event, you cannot bring in a third party (DJ, band, etc.), nor can you bring in your own speaker. We have speakers onsite that can be requested to be used if needed. This space is located in a residential neighborhood so extremely loud music is not allowed. You are also free to use the smart TVs provided in this space! Activities in the space may not exceed 85 decibels. Failure to comply will result in the immediate termination of your event. The verified guest booking the space needs to be the onsite at the start of the booking to meet with the host. No-show policy: If the guest booking the space is more than 30 minutes late without notice the booking will be cancelled as guest no-show. No refund. If any of these rules are repeatedly broken the guest may be removed from the space with no refund.
