This space is perfect for a meeting, baby shower event, private event or art show. The space is 2200 sq ft and can be used for whatever is needed in regard to events. The space is uniquely designed to accommodate any event and will meet the needs for all event uses. Additional add-ons can be provided (such as letters, 360 photo booth, etc.) discuss with host if anything is needed additionally to make your event or meeting a success. Comes with 50 chairs and 10 tables. For additional chairs and tables please request and we can provide additional prices based on how many are needed. Chairs are $1.50 and Tables $5.00 for extra. You can view the venue at any time outside of events that are booked. Please just message to request to view venue or you can book and see the venue immediately afterwards. There is a refundable $200 cleaning/damage fee attached to this invoice. If all expectations are met the fee will be deposited back to your form of payment. If any of the expectations aren’t met 85 Oasis Event Space will keep the fee. No smoking in or around venue; client will incur a $350 fee (Hookahs are okay) For serving alcohol beverages you will need to get SPECIAL EVENTS INSURANCE with our company listed: 85 Oasis Event Space. This venue is so beautiful!! I had my baby shower here. Although we ran into a couple of issues, Trey was more than happy to accommodate us for our troubles and always made sure we had everything we needed, which made a huge difference.
