About the Space
A 2,500 sq.ft. soundtreated cyclorama studio, 70 ft in width and 20 ft in clear height, complete with a lighting grid, a dedicated green room and dedicated bathroom, oversized roll-up bay door, and 400amp 3-phase power. Fully light-sealed cyclorama studio, no windows, and fully sealed man doors and bay door.
Space is soundproof
Ambient noise description
The studio has been sound-treated with industry-grade sound insulation quilts on the studio walls. The studio comes with air conditioning that is controllable with a thermostat inside the studio for noise control.

A 16'x14' roll-up drive-in door with direct access to the studio floor.

The studio has a dedicated 400amp 3-phase 120/280V service with E-series ball nose camlocks.

General Rules
- In the event of a fire, immediately vacate the facility using the nearest emergency
exit as shown in the appended maps. Meeting point: across the street in front of
15 Ingram Dr.
- Refer to safety signage posted in the facility. For any questions, please liaise with
the Studio Coordinator or Floor Manager.
- No use/access to the freight elevator.
• No smoking or vaping inside the facility.
• If the use of the scissor lift has been requested, proof of licensing and safety gear
must be presented prior to use.
All ages are allowed in the space
No moving furniture and decorations

Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
The studio facility is under 24/7 video surveillance for security purposes. Surveillance features can be turned off during production.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio space is cleaned and disinfected regularly following government advisories. Masks are not mandatory as per studio policies, however, studio staff follows and complies with production union guidelines for any incoming productions.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
