About the Space

This space is great for making smaller parties look grand. Our conveniently located Midtown pop up shop has tons of amenities and is made completely modular to fit all needs. If you are expecting a bigger party, book our backyard for an additional experience! Our space is loaded with plants and art along the walls, great for any and all types of events: Pop-Up Shops Small Dinners Photoshoots Cooking Classes Paint N Sips Small Social Gatherings Small Weddings and so much more!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Virgil and co. were excellent hosts! The space was in midtown and was in a very quiet space and not a lot of foot traffic walking by. We rented the outdoor space but were able to use the indoor space for those who needed to go inside to get out of the heat. We had about 35 people show up and the space never felt uncomfortably packed. We catered through Virgil as well and the southern food he made was delicious. He made the entire experience very easy and we will certainly be using him again in the future! Thanks Virgil!

Yes, I would book again.

Really enjoyed the space! I hosted my Partner’s Surprise 30th birthday party here and Virgil helped me coordinate everything. He planned the Dj, the bartender and snacks for the guests. So all I had to do was show up, have fun and leave. I would definitely book this place again and I will definitely work with Virgil again.
