IF SMOKE THIS SMOKE ALARM GOES OFF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL BE FORCED TO ARRIVE ON THE SCENE JUST LIKE BACK IN SCHOOL WHEN PULLING THE FIRE ALARM. THIS IS A $600 FINE. 4. No parties or events. 5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people with the maximum occupancy of (2) adults per bedroom. 6. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the city.
