Highland Park Hideaway

This beautiful organic modern space features a great room with 11 foot beamed ceilings, crisp white walls, and beautiful oak floors making it the perfect backdrop for your next photoshoot, meeting, or intimate event. Two enclosed patios on either side and a wall of breeze windows in the back allow for natural light to flow in, however indirectly making it the ideal space to manipulate lighting for your shoot. A large living area with seating for 8, dining area with seating for 5, and multiple other areas on the enclosed patios and outside make this the perfect space for your next team meeting with the option to keep it intimate or spread out. The scale of the property and the over 12,000 square foot lot provide a ton of potential and flexibility for small scale events. An additional 1 bedroom apartment suite with living room, kitchenette, and full bathroom plus our pristine 1966 Cortez Trailer are also available at an additional cost.
