- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This a beautiful property that we used for my wifes 40th birthday. The host Alexander responded within 24hrs of our request. He also responded to our request for additional tables and chairs. He was very welcoming and professional. The pool was beautiful. Fridgerator has more than enough space to fit a birthday cake and three cases of sodas from costco. Th freezer is equally the same size. Our caterers were able to carry down their flat top grill for grilling marinated taco meet. More than enough bathrooms. Just know that parking is a bit tight. However, we were able accomodate 30ppl and seven cars plus the caterers van. Its doable. We will be booking for future birthdays and retirements.

LOVED this space! The firm I work for had our annual holiday party here and had the best time. It's modern, spacious, clean and the views are of course, absolutely impeccable. There is plenty of space to hang out either inside the house or outside in the pool or deck area. The property was well equipped with everything we needed - full kitchen, TV, WIFI, music, market lights and more. Alexander was a fantastic communicator the entire time and ensured that we had everything we needed for a fun night. Definitely recommended!

This property is spectacular and its host extraordinary. We required a last minute booking to host a dinner with a private chef and Alexander was incredible. He accommodated our every need and went above and beyond making sure we had plenty of tables and chairs and felt welcome to fully enjoy this gorgeous property. He was also super responsive, quickly answering all of our questions. The grounds, the pool and spa, the deck, the rooms, the finely-appointed chef's kitchen, are beautiful, down to every detail. The night was unforgettable thanks to Alexander and his lovingly-cared for villa. We're forever grateful.
