About the Space
Located in the heart of Sun Valley, only minutes from Burbank… This unique 70,000 sqft property offers a wide variety of looks for various film, photo, & event needs. An old Horse Stable, run down tennis court, various roadways along the hillside, a large house with multiple bedrooms, pool, & more! There is an additional structure that can be used as a car garage set, drug / trap house, safe house, etc… The entire property is gated, on a hillside, and away from neighbors. Great for night shoots, and events! We offer on site camera, lighting, & grip truck rentals.

Ronnie was super responsive and great with communication. The space was great and was very clear and precise with anything and if I had any question, he was always a quick call away and always helpful. Would totally book with him again!

Shoot went well however there were a few spots we would have liked to shoot that i guess was unsafe and falling apart which kinda altared our vision there were alot of people in and out the property while shooting we were limited to the tennis court shed and 2 rooms to use out of the whole property so once we finally adjusted our vision the sit rep told us take aslong as we needed then tried to invoice me for overtime after we verbally agreed we would take an hour more.

This was a great spot for our film shoot! It was able to accomodate our entire cast and crew of 22 people easily and both Jordan and Ronnie were very responsive. They answered questions quickly and allowed us to scout the location ahead of time to make sure the space was right. Great space, would recommend!
