NEIGHBORHOOD DECORUM * If potentially loud, your event will be announced to the immediate neighborhood. * If loud music will be used, please discuss with the owner as some authorizations might be warranted, warning must be sent out to the neighborhood so we require to be consulted 3 weeks before event. FOOD * Catering is allowed. * Using your own food and drinks will incur a corkage fee of $50 * Use of fire on the property is not allowed (real candles, lighters, propane camping stove, barbecue, firecrackers, shaffers and the like [the chimney must not be used at any time]) - if catering fire is needed, this must be discussed with owner. For other needs including fire, for proper city authorizations must be obtained ONE MONTH prior to event. SAFETY * No gun/firearms and lethal weapons on property. Any guest with authorized permits must be declared to owner. * No smoking of any kind in the building. Outside okay, but guest must provide ample and safe containers to avoid spark and littering on property grounds. * Children must be kept within the premises (parking has traffic and very busy street close to property can constitute immediate danger.) * Use of fire on the property is not allowed (real candles, lighters, propane camping stove, barbecue, firecrackers, shaffers and the like [the chimney must not be used at any time]) - if catering fire is requested, this must be discussed with owner in order for proper city authorizations to be obtained ONE MONTH prior to event. * For the safety of the guests, cameras are present at all times on the property inside and outside CLEANING * Use appropriate large trash bins with business logo on it (do not dump in neighbors bins) * Space must be cleaned up as delivered to guests (unless you agree to the additional cleaning charge) * Cleaning fee is added for thorough Covid disinfecting and floors/doors/furnitures disinfecting OTHER * No sleep over in the property. * Water and fire games prohibited. * Vehicles not authorized in the property, only at the back gate for unloading and must be parked on an outside parking space. EXTRA CHARGES * Do not use any appliances/equipment unless agreed with owner and charges agreed upon. * No plugging of RV unless approved by owner + electricity charge * Excessive water use will be monitored (xpl: leaving a hose on for hours to let the kids play.../...) * Bounce houses authorized + extra electricity charge CONTRACT * Guests will respect the contract agreed upon * Guests must not be at property after requested time slot.
