About the Space

Our space is located in one of the historic buildings across from the iconic Georgetown Neon sign from the former Georgetown Theatre. Designed by Ernesto Santalla, luxury home designer, to highlight the feelings of lounges in Miami, New York and London. The main room at Donahue is the lounge which has a lot of natural light, high and low tables. We can request for our doorman to exclusively check in all your guests.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Cesar was incredibly helpful and hospitable! We needed a space short notice, and he was very communicative to find a time that was mutually agreeable. During filming, he was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed! Would definitely love to work with him again!
