Our space is perfect for Private Photography Sessions, Creative Content Creation, Events such as Parties and Micro-Weddings. We offer photography equipment, high speed internet, furniture rental, and a plethora of different props for use. We offer a variety of options and usage for our space - even Creative Professional Co-Working available throughout the week.

Parking can accommodate 10 vehicles and plenty of more throughout the area.
General Rules
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering is allowed with approval.
Event insurance is required depending on events.
Certified bartender must be hired if serving alcohol.
No alcohol allowed after Midnight.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have Ring Cameras for liability and insurance purpose. They will only be accessed on a case by case basis.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

We clean before and after each event. Offering clean equipment and space.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
