About the Space
Breathtaking, grand 3-story single family home, with stunning incorporation of greenery throughout. Ground floor is an open concept kitchen and great room (> 20' ceilings), accentuated by a gas fireplace. Oversized sectional sofa, 12 person dining room table, and island with stools offers a lot seating configurations for your event. Fifteen windows (including 3 oversize sliding doors) allow for incredible natural light on all sides. Outdoor fireplace on a patio, adjacent to the 525 sq st garage (with large roller doors on 3 sides). For events, only the ground floor of the house is available. Please note that some plants may be seasonally relocated (and therefore may be in different locations from the pictures); if you'd like updated information, please inquire. Banana trees are seasonal to Austin, and will not be present Nov - April.

The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, and Johann (the host) was wonderful! We booked for a day-long team offsite, and the botanical home was the perfect setting. It was cozy and comfy, with plenty of space for the team to work. We actually spent most of our day in the living room, collaborating from the very comfy sofas and using the TV to display powerpoints or other work items. Johann was responsive, friendly, and very helpful. My team and I would absolutely recommend this home and book here again.

Wonderful hosts and the perfect green space. The kitchen was light and bright with proper lighting, and we had many gorgeous angles to choose from. Johann and Ray were so hospitable and even stuck around in the am to help move plants. They had the perfect home with the perfect backdrop for our collagen product shoot to evoke a wholesome natural feel.

The house is even better in-person, and the perfect backdrop for our product photoshoot. Loved the way the light comes into the house....bright, but with a beautiful soft filtered quality. It's such an amazing value for the price and you won't find a nicer host. Don't hesitate and book this place!
