Stylish space in Highland Park with all the production capabilities to host your event. Perfect for private events, music showcases, art gallery, pop-up retail, or product launches. There is a full PA system (including a mixing board, speaker/subwoofers, monitors, mic/cables/stands, etc.) We are a full-service production company that can provide content capture (stills + video), live streaming, rentals, and staffing. Bathroom, kitchenette, refrigerator, and private room on-site. Driveway attached to the space means easy load-in and load out with extra-wide garage doors. Central air and heating equipped. 80" TV also available for additional fee. Capacity is 75 people maximum. Location Right in the heart of Highland Park's York Boulevard strip, 3-5 min walk to several great restaurants, bars, shopping 10 minutes from downtown 10-20 minutes from Silverlake, Echo Park, Los Feliz 3-5 min drive to popular Highland Park Figueroa district Parking Driveway large enough for 4-8 cars appx. This is a really great party space. We through an anniversary party and the slow of the space, along with the amenities, were perfect. Mathieu is super communicative and helpful. Mariana was our onsite rep and she was very helpful, and kind. We were able to host food, an open bar, and a dancefloor with ease. Being able to open the garage doors and provide airflow and ambiance was also a plus. Highly recommend.

Tables, high tops, chairs and coolers were provided. Ample street parking. Would absolutely use again if the need arose and highly recommend to others if looking for an event space in NELA.

Perfect venue! I had my 40th birthday here with about 70 guests and we never felt crowded or cramped. Mariana was an amazing host. Very attentive and accommodating. I can see myself coming back to this venue for future events with no hesitation.

Great space. Had a family party there. People said how much they loved the space. Was a very stylish and enjoyable space to hang out in. The space was able to accommodate different hang out areas w/in the party. Kids/teens really liked the ping pong table and basketball hoop. Adults enjoyed the couch/lounge area. Even had some twenty-somethings playing an extended series of chess games. And still sufficient space for a bar and photo booth area. Mathieu and Marie were very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. Conveniently located on York in Highland Park but far enough from the main drag that street parking wasn't really an issue.
