About the Space
This gym works well for filming, modeling, shooting videos, and even training camps. The gym is very roomy and has a great layout that can work well for many actives. The gym has a boxing ring as well as a variety of great equipment that can be used for shooting and training. There is an ice bath and sauna included in the gym, as well as a bathroom and shower.

There are two free parking spaces available in the back of the gym.
General Rules
No smoking and alcohol are allowed in the gym. You are allowed to move stuff around in the gym as long as it is put back as it was found. Please make sure to keep the gym clean and organized.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are cameras that record video and audio in the gym, the front of the gym, and back of the gym
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The gym is cleaned and disinfected after every person that has used it.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
