About the Space
Frank's House was born in 2022. However, its bones are from 1905. This newly renovated parlor floor apartment was restored with all of its original walnut detail and renovated with a clean, modern twist. We are in picturesque Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, with a classic stoop waiting for you! It almost seems like it should be in a movie or something… Frank's House is primarily used for film and photo production; however, it makes a lovely backdrop for an intimate dinner or small event with a fully loaded chef's kitchen & 15ft of counter space! - 950 sqft - 12 ft ceiling - All original walnut detail - Original Penn Station chandelier - Sun rises from the back (kitchen) Sunsets in the front (living area) - Fully loaded chef’s kitchen - Speaker system included - 40 guests max

Beautiful space! We shot in the kitchen and it was perfect. There are a lot of cute kitchen items to play with for props as well! On top of that, Gina was so, so helpful and accommodating. Hope we can shoot here again!
