We are located on the corner of South S Patrick St and Prince Street. We are the light grey building with our signage [Blanche Creative Studio] on the front. Parking: free street parking for up to two hours. There's typically parking spaces right next to the studio's entrance. There is also a parking lot down the street from the space located at 116 S Henry Street Alexandria, VA 22314 which you will have to pay for.

General Rules TIME. Your booking includes time needed for setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up. You will not have access to enter the space until 5 minutes prior to your booking start time. You must leave BEFORE your booking end time to avoid overtime fees. Overtime fees are charged at 1.5 hours of the original hourly booking fee. We will not extend your booking if you are late. Please be aware that we schedule a 30 minute buffer in between consecutive bookings to ensure we have enough time to clean our studio. MUSIC MUST BE KEPT TO A MINIMUM. No loud music can be played from 9-6PM Monday through Friday. Violators will be fined for loud music and quickly asked to exit the premises. TIME EXTENSION. You may pay to extend your booking depending on our studio’s schedule. Please inform us about possible overtime as soon as possible so we can determine if your booking can be extended. Time extension requested less than 1 hour prior to the start time of the booking will be charged at a 1.5 hourly rate. FEES FOR EXTRA GUESTS. If more guests arrive during your booking than the number of attendees we originally approved, you will be charged a fee per additional person per hour. NO SMOKING OR FIRE. No open fire or illegal drugs are allowed anywhere in our studio. Guests may smoke outside. FOOD. Limited outside catering is allowed [light finger foods]. Light refreshments and snacks are provided by host. If outside food is brought, please make sure that it is eaten in the meeting room [nowhere near the white couch] and thrown away properly disposed of afterwards. FURNITURE. Furniture and decorations may be moved but must be returned to original state it was found. All guests are free to move furniture to fit their needs. Furniture should not be dragged as it leaves marks on the studio floor so any heavy furniture (desks, couches, tables, etc.) must be moved by two people. Furniture can not be removed from the space or building. All furniture needs to be put back from where it was moved in the studio prior to departing the space. DAMAGES. Treat our space and equipment with care. You are responsible for any damage caused by yourself or anyone you allow into our studio during your booking. In the event that an item of furniture is stained or damaged, we will send an invoice equivalent to the cleaning or repair cost. If item has to be replaced, guest will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Failure to pay include will result in barring from future rental and reporting to Hosting site. Please keep all studio doors closed while in the space.
