About the space: The space Entering through the front garden of this Georgian Townhouse, the front door opens up onto the upper ground floor. The house is laid out over three floors, with a back staircase to a separate laundry room which leads onto the large garden at the rear. On the upper ground floor there is 1 bedroom and showerroom. The first floor is an open plan kitchen and living room. And on the second floor are two bedrooms with a family bathroom. The Garden The garden has a small greenhouse, children's sandpit, and outdoor dining table which can be extended to 6-8 people. There are many special plants in the garden such as a banana tree, lavender and tropical plants. There is an artists studio at the back, which is not accessible. The Kitchen The kitchen has an island with room for 4 to sit. The design is high spec with large Smeg oven, fridge, freezer, and gas hob. Kettle, toaster, and Sage espresso machine. No microwave.
