Our creative production studio is situated within our large warehouse located in Little River. We are proudly rated the number #1 themed production studio on the East Coast! This production set is perfect for Photoshoots, Music Videos, Movies, and more. I have lights, clothing racks and water available to be purchased as part of your booking. 1-10 people: $0 extra charge 11-14 people: $50 extra charge 14-20 people: $100 extra charge This set is situated within a WAREHOUSE full of multiple themes (click my profile photo to see the other sets) so please let me know if you require full privacy if you’re shooting lingerie/nudity so I can coordinate you at a time nobody else is shooting in other themes of the warehouse. NO KIDS. 21+ only.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
