Available to rent for music videos, professional photos, strategic meetings, small get togethers, etc. The property has a luxurious rooftop pool with barbecue grills, high top tables, a fireplace, lounge and business center. Furniture may be moved as long as it is replaced in original position and no damage is done. No loud parties please.

Floor to ceiling windows. There are drop down shades to decrease some light. The brightest times of the day are after noon.

Cannot hear neighbors. We are located on a the busy 6th street but only loud during the night. No noise from appliances.

Elevator

There is a loading zone and a freight elevator that can be reserved if needed. Loading trucks will need to be moved.

Bedroom/bathroom

Unaware of where the circuit breaker is. There are outlets on the kitchen island, all around the living room. On the floor in the living room, bathroom and closet.

There is no smoking at the complex No large or loud parties will be accepted No pets No open food or drinks in bedroom No dirty shoes on the carpet No garbage or boxes to be left outside of the unit if violated I will receive a fine and lease violation.

Furniture may not be moved from the building. Wall decoration may be removed if replaced.
