House Rules
We aspire to help our guests create wonderful memories in our cozy home. That is why we spelled out these house rules for an optimal experience for us both.
We truly appreciate your effort and cooperation! Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the booking agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.
Safety & Energy Saving
-Save me a couple pennies please :) Do not leave the AC/Heater on unattended; There is a portable heater in the bedroom.
-DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Plumbing cannot handle it
House Rules
DO NOT lock the bottom lock under the smart lock (doorknob). Will be changed soon.
Try not to wear your shoes in the house, especially on the carpet.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements. Please show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.
Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Must go on the street. Landlord may be outside with his family.
Load dishes in dishwasher and throw out the garbage before checkout.
Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
The maximum property capacity is 8 people. (May allow more for certain things)
A 30$ charge will be added for every extra guest.
Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Quiet time after 10 p.m. Please refrain from making noise past that this time.
Pets are NOT permitted in the house.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I partner with professional cleaners from TurnOverBnb to make sure that my cleaning is always done to standard. I offer upholstery spray, clorox, lemon scented antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer, swifter pads, a hand vac, a regular vaccum,scented trash bags, and Kleenex tissue.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Yes, I would book again.
Easy to access, well prepared. Very clean. Fast response. Little tiny and not that many outlets for lighting equipments, shortage of parking spaces. Other than that, good. I think I'm gonna use here again soon.
