Enjoy our ready to entertain home! This house was designed to welcome various and guests and clients, for multiple reasons. Ideal for events and productions, feel free to use the entire home and backyard area. We are located on a residential street, so we do ask our guests to respect our neighbors and quiet hours.

I had a few questions regarding the venue prior to booking it. Mercedes was quick with the responses and the whole process was a breeze. The day of the event, she gave us a tour of the home and it was INCREDIBLE. I rented the venue to celebrate my son’s birthday and all of our guests complemented the home. Although it was raining and very windy, we were able to still celebrate and have a good time.

Space was exactly as described. We hosted a small company get together and had the whole property to ourselves. Mercedes left clear communications on how to access the home. The game room was a great edition to our event. Grass and outdoor seating area was well maintained and very clean. We all had a great time.
