About the Space
Completely renovated recording studio fully stocked with the best equipment, instruments, and staff to bring your project to life. We have hosted music production, voiceover recording, podcasts, video shoots, ADR sessions, mixing sessions and more! The booking includes help setting up for the first 30 minutes and we have engineers available for hire if you need someone to run the equipment for your session. Microphones, cables, video lights and a Mac Studio are included in every booking. We have Avid Pro Tools, Logic, Ableton Live and other recording software. Specialized instruments, video equipment, musicians or crew are available upon request for an additional fee. Our building has a full kitchen area, multiple bathrooms, outdoor lounge and secure private entrances. Our equipment list includes gear from Neve, Neumann, Tube Tech, Shure, Chandler, Fender, Focal, Manley and many others.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We wipe everything down with alcohol wipes, vacuum and run a HEPA air filter. Microphones are disinfected and pop filters are given at least 24 hours to disinfect before next use
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
