About the Space
This space is equipped with two areas for use. The first space is over 800 sqft of carpeted open area with a loft type feel. The black carpet and white walls allow for the space to be used as you desire. There is a projector on the ceiling that can be used on the wall to project videos and other images. There is a set up for 15 individual desks and chairs if you need them for meeting space or classroom-style learning. These tables and chairs can be easily removed and out of site as they are foldable. The second room is behind a wall in about 400 ft.² of room. The flooring is gray wood laminate and houses medical equipment that simulates real patient care areas. I do use for nursing students who want to practice skills or for video influencers who need a background with healthcare equipment. There is one gender neutral restroom on site.

Parking description
There is a large shopping plaza-style parking lot. Well over 100 spaces are available. We have 20 or more in front of our building that stay open.

Lighting description
Our space is a store front with a full wall window and is facing the sun during sunrise. There is an ability to block the natural light if needed by blocking the full wall window. We do not provide this blocking.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The walls are solid and you cannot hear neighbors. This is a storefront location and there is a parking lot out front. You may be able to hear larger trucks pass by in the parking lot periodically during the day in the space.

Equipment loading description
There is a loading zone out front if you need to drop items off for production. There is also lots of parking space with over 75 spaces. The space is handicap accessible. There are not loading trucks that typically come out front as we are near the entrance and it would block passing traffic.
Staging area is available
There is a separate 400 sq foot space behind the wall of the main room. There are also seating and table accessible if needed for set up. This space also has a separate bathroom for wardrobe changes.
All rooms are available for shooting

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is in the office space in the far back and is accessible if needed. There are multiple outlets open on each wall in the space.

General Rules
Feel free to decorate the space as you desire.
No smoking in the building.
Outside catering of food and drinks is allowed.
Events should be over by 10 pm unless otherwise arranged with our staff.
Tables and Chairs can be used at no additional fee.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is not required
Furniture and decorations may be moved
All furniture can be moved as long as it is replaced to its rightful space afterwards.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Our space is equipped with six cameras in the classroom and lab area that record to a DVR to keep the facility protected. These cameras can be turned off if you need it.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are a nurse-owned facility and take infection control seriously. All surfaces above and below are cleaned daily with the proper disinfectants to keep you safe.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
