Damages of Property and equipment: Contracted parties will be held responsible and liable for any and all missing and/or damaged equipment, furniture, or anything considered property of this studio and subject to additional charges and fees. Conduct: Physical violence and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Client and guests shall use the premises in a considerate manner at all times. Conduct deemed disorderly at the sole discretion of Studio staff shall be grounds for immediate expulsion from the premises and conclusion of the rental period. In such cases no refund of the rental fee shall be made. Fire Arms: No firearms are permitted on premise at any time. Lost or Stolen items: All parties are responsible for their personal belongings. In Ya Ear will not be held liable or responsible for any lost or stolen items. We will host a lost and found area in which any items returned will be held for 30 days to be claimed. If an item is not claimed it will be discarded. Alcohol: Client agrees to comply with all applicable city, county, State, and Federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises. Clients shall not sell alcohol on premises at any time. Clients may not serve alcohol to minors on the premises at any time. Client agrees, for everyone’s safety, to ensure alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner. In Ya Ear Studios reserves the right, in its exclusive discretion, to expel anyone who in its judgment is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who shall in any manner do or participate in any act jeopardizing the rights, use permit, or insurability of Studio or the safety of its staff, guests, or building contents. Gambling: Gambling is prohibited on premise. Smoking: In Ya Ear Studio is a Smoke free facility. Cigarette smoking is prohibited throughout the entire facility. No smoking is permitted in recording booths. Capacity: Capacity for all entourages will be limited to seven people unless approved otherwise. The facility will be providing multiple room utilization in which Artist and Client times may overlap. In order to provide a professional environment and limit distraction to other recordings and Artists we ask that there is no smoking, drinking gambling and/or loitering in the lobby of the studio. No roaming property or entering other areas of the facility in which you have not been granted access to.
