Parking description
Please park on Polk Street or across the street near the Chase Tower. If your event is after 7pm, you can use the parking in the shopping center. If you are renting the space during the day and you will only have 2 vehicles you can park in the parking lot. Do not park in the two spaces in front of the Salon. You can park in the parking lot to load and unload. Please allow time to find parking as it can fill up on Polk especially on Sundays.
General Rules
No smoking inside of the building or within 10 feet from building.
No smoking in front of other businesses.
Outside catering is allowed

Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the guests:
Remove all belongings that you bring into the space (including; decor, balloons, food, drinks, and all trash)
No flammable objects or hazardous materials are allowed on premises.
All activities/crafts must be approved prior to the event. Any products including permanent paint & markers, small round cupcake sprinkles , permanent glue, silly string, spray adhesive, slime, etc must be approved by LONE CHIMNEY MERCANTILE, LLC PRIOR TO USE.
Any damage incurred that requires professional cleaning services or repair will be billed to the Booking Party and subject to a fee.
No pets allowed on the premises unless otherwise approved.
No guests are permitted in areas marked "for employees only", including behind the curtained area.

Health and Safety Measures
High touch areas are cleaned between events. Cleansing spray, hand sanitizers, and napkins are available free for you and your guest to use. Feel free to open the doors for fresh air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
