About the Space
All you need to do is meet, discuss, co-create and align. The HUB includes a colossal glass whiteboard, a 4K 60" LCD portable screen, and an executive boardroom table that can take up to 20 attendants or less. Chairs are portable, and the main table is configurable as one large board table or in training formation as ten tables of two. For presentation and training formation, a large-scale enterprise projector is also available for your use room is airconditioned with a modern unit, so you can evade hot weather and do so in the most carbon-efficient way. The board table is featured with multiple charger formats such as MagSafe 3 (New MacBooks and modern Laptops), MagSafe 2 (Older MacBooks), Lightening (iPhone), and USB-C (Android Phones). It also features a teleconferencing microphone unit designed to crystallize sound for discussion if anyone is attending online. Attached to the 4K Display Panel are an AppleTV 4K and Google TV, so you can stream effortlessly from most of your devices and share valuable insights on your screen with others. A second display panel is available to be situated in the room and can be configured with your reservation. Last but not least, food makes every meeting better. We have a kitchenette available in the common area, and it will be used during your event if you choose to cater food. We order from the local bakeries, restaurants, and caterers, so you also enjoy the goodness we get to enjoy for the most part. Two additional breakout rooms for four and ten individuals are available to book if you're looking for ample space. This space served our team well for an annual retreat. The room was spacious enough for our group of 8, clean, and the wifi was strong. I would point out that the check in was a bit confusing. I had to download an app to unlock a door, which didn't work, but luckily the door was already open. The door let me into a big garage where were no clear instructions on where to find the room, which ended up being up a flight of stairs at the back of the garage filled with printing materials. A person working in the print shop eventually showed me upstairs. When calling the host their voicemail box was full so I wasn't able to leave a message. But after sending a message through my phone, another host called promptly to ensure I got it. The area upstairs that the conference room was off of was pretty cluttered with materials from other businesses and the bathroom door was difficult to secure shut/open. Overall the room served it's purpose but I wouldn't likely use this space for our team again.

This was a very nice space and was conveniently located for where we were coming from. It was a bit hard to find, though. I may be technically challenged, but it took over 50 minutes to figure out how to connect my laptop to your screen. Your staff helped only by connecting the devices with a cable which caused the slide show to shrink on the screen. My team's other members also tried connecting their devices to the screen. They weren't able to.

Such a cool spot! It is on the 2nd floor above a warehouse, so keep that in mind if you're hosting multiple people in a meeting. I needed a space to teach one of my virtual classes while I was rolling through town and they are were kind, courteous and accommodating with their space. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm in Seattle.
