Elegant, small designer styled creative office space, open layout with 6 individual desks, and a large meeting/conference room featuring a wall mounted 95" HD Smart TV, a 1,400 pound solid mahogany vintage farm table conference table, 10 executive chairs and coffee/tea maker. Beautiful, private space, quiet, well lighted, ocean close with WiFi, FREE Parking, Connected TV and vacant office space (not presently occupied by staff) Flex space, can accommodate up to 7 people with their own desks, including reception desk. Designer finishes, high-end furniture and accessories, driftwood LVP flooring, designer desks, 95" wall mounted smart HD TV, good lighting and wifi. Large picture windows (with blinds), copy/printer station, and separate executive offices available separately.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
