About the Space
Located in a heart of Bishop Arts District - one of the most fast growing areas of Dallas. Our studio ready to welcome guests to celebrate their milestones in a beautifully festive community. Surrounded by nearby bars and restaurants, the vibe of Bishop Arts is Unmatched! We are located in a one story building shared with other small businesses. With a front and back door it is easy access from the outside parking right in front of the entrance. The Space: Our space consists of one open floor plan room of a 1200 sq feet with a bathroom and a small storage room you can request access to. Our space has a private patio with a swing for you and your guests to enjoy. It comfortably seats up to 35-50 seated or 75-100 standing. During the day we are a working makeup studio. Each station has a LED backlit mirror and a station. The space is easy to transform and cover stations if you would like. There is a large bar perfect for any event, everything is easy to move around to transform the space to your needs. 2-6 ft tables and 10 chairs that are optional. - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This is such a cute space and the owner was very accommodating. We did our engagement party and everything worked out so well. The space was extremely clean and the astatic matched what our decor was pretty well. The space is modern and flexible, so works out well with most creative designs. The owner was very communicative and flexible. We had to add additional time in the beginning to set up our party and she accommodated with no issues. I would recommend to anyone and would rent again.
