About the Space

Private luxury estate with breathtaking panoramic city lights views. Property features an award winning resort like backyard that will surely blow you away, with a 35,000 gallon multi level baja shelf pool, LED color lit pool and jacuzzi, endless hardscape, bar area, pizza oven, fire pit, multiple sitting areas, and spectacular day and night views. Pavilion area is a fully covered space with a wrap around couch that can fit 8-12 adults. This area is anchored by an 8' fireplace with a 65 inch smart tv mounted above it. The yard is lit every night at dusk highlighting all the softscapes this property has to offer. Property in total is close to an acre and is very private. Total square footage of patio/pool pavilion area is approximately 6000 square feet. The location works great for photography, video production, music videos, TV films and events, Content Creation/Blogging/Youtube Videos, Tik Tok Videos/Social Media and Corporate meetings. Guest will have access to the backyard and outdoor restroom.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This property is a GEM! Beautiful and everything that my daughter envisioned for her 21st birthday party. Well equipped with all up to date amenities. Bathroom accessibility was definitely a plus! Kevin, the host is very kind and was quick to respond to all my questions.

I absolutely loved their outdoor setting! I had my baby shower here and it looked better in person than online. The host was so kind and answered quickly when I messaged them. I really appreciated that very much. There was a perfect amount of space for food, decorations, gifts and all guest to fit! I, as well as my guest, had a wonderful time here. Everyone told my how beautiful it was, from view on the hill, to the pool, and just the general area. I loved it! 10/10 do recommend!

Beautiful house. Backyard is perfect for small gatherings. Leaving was an amazing host. Always replied back immediately and was always willing to help in anyway possible. Highly recommend this house! Thank you so much for making my engagement proposal come true!

This space was amazing! Thank you so much to Kevin and his wife for being so incredibly accommodating and flexible! Everyone was talking about how beautiful the space was! Kevin was very prompt in responding and very easy to work with. I would say this was one of the best experiences I've had with Peerspace!

Yes, I would book again.

10/10 would recommend! Booked this place for a sorority retreat and the hosts were incredibly nice and responsive; they gave us everything we needed to set up and more throughout our event. Additionally, the venue is absolutely GORGEOUS and the photos don’t do it justice. We had a wonderful time here!
