Q: Is the place sound proof?
A: We have taken measures to dampen sound. Our floors are made from a hard-foam like materials that can be found in high-end gyms. This has a mild sound proofing effect.

A: You have full control over the A/C Function + Temperature for a comfortable stay

Insurance Rules
Production insurance is required when 6 or more production crew are present or if video production exceeds 4 hrs and or has a guest amount of 12 + guests. Anything less requires a signed waiver claiming responsibility for replacing damaged pieces or equipment.
Furniture and Decoration Rules
Furniture pieces may be moved minimally. Anything attached to the walls (picture frame, chandelier, drapes, shelves, plants) must be approved by Top Light Studios in advance.
