The garden is perfect for gathering groups of 15 to 30 people for a wedding or baby shower, dinner party, networking event or birthday or anniversary celebration. Indoor kitchen space is included for light food prep and includes 2 ovens, microwave, and refrigerator. This outdoor space can easily accommodate 30 people with lots of seating and dining options. The backyard has about 1000 square feet of hardscape, a separate side entrance off of the front of the house, and easy wheelchair access. Currently the hardscape is set up with a lounge area with sofa, and 4 comfy chairs, a dining table that extends to 10 feet and seats 12 (with folding chairs), 14 additional chairs, and a bar. Five 48"round tables, 2 additional 6' tables and 2, 30" high tops are also available. Two large shade sails and a movable umbrella provide shade. A double wide pop up tent is available if more shade is requested for an additional $75. Two outdoor heaters and a fire table are available for cooler weather events. Very beautful space, inside and out. I hosted a 100 day party for my newborn. I had my friends and family, about 30 people total. The hostess, Bea, was very communicative and answered me with little to no delay. It rained heavily the day before and she let me know her recommendations, including hosting the party indoor instead. With a surge of illnesses getting into flu season, I really preferred to hold the party outdoors. When we showed up, Bea's husband was there to greet us. It ended up being a sunny day and I wanted the party outside. He was very accommodating, helped us moved things from the car into the house, and then set up tables, chairs, and patio heaters. The inside was already beautifully set up. It had everything we would need (bathroom, coat closet for guests, large refrigerator, coffee maker, silverware [we forgot our forks and ended up using theirs] ). The party was a success and I appreciate them both so much for the elegantly prepared space and close communication.

This was my first time using a peerspace. The first place I booked, the host took more than 3 days to respond. I later found this space and Bea was very responsive and provided responses to my questions within a few hours, if not, within 24 hours. So I canceled the first place and booked with her. Outdoor space was beautiful and was perfect for my 14 person bridal shower. When I arrived, Bea had already set up the tables I wanted with the table cloths, chairs out, and even with a cutesie wooden center piece, vase, and flowers picked from the garden. She even had the garbage cans lined ready to use and paper towels in the restroom. She was the most welcoming host! Thanks Bea for sharing your lovely space with us.

Very nice. Really loved the chance to host a party in an intimate setting. Much better than community buildings or a church. The tables were set up ahead of time with table clothes and flowers. It was perfect
