About the Space
Family owned 2 floor event space - each floor is 3000 sq. ft, located in the heart of Brooklyn on Kings Highway Center. Brand new stage built in the corner of the main floor with professional piano and surround system audio. The whole floor is well lit with LED lights and during the day, natural light makes the whole floor bright. - Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

Remarkable Experience I recently had the pleasure of hosting an event at Avti’s place and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The venue exceeded all my expectations, and I am thrilled to share my review. The moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the elegant and modern ambiance. The space was well-lit, spacious, and provided ample room for all our guests to mingle comfortably. The balcony was a bonus! The Avti deserves special recognition for his professionalism and attentiveness. From the initial planning stages to the actual event day, he was a pleasure to work with. He was accommodating to all our needs, making sure every detail was taken care of with precision and care. Overall, I cannot recommend this venue enough. This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. I hosted a VIP Gala with some big names in the room, and was able to transform the place to my liking for a special night. Plus, I was able to use the piano, which was a special touch and very bougie vibes. Additionally, I was given access earlier for setup and later to clean up, and also have a moment with my staff. Please note that there is no kitchen but a small room with a sink and a fridge and a 2 bathroom on the first floor. Overall Avti and his sister were great. Thanks KT
