Windows are throughout the space, offering plentiful, bright natural light. Each window has light filtering shades that pull down or over the windows. The sun is brightest mid-day through late afternoon. The sun sets over the deck and offers beautiful sunsets. Ocean views of Catalina Island and ocean breezes offer a cool and pleasant climate year round.

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The most prevalent noise is from birds in a green belt behind the deck. Occasional noise from a school ground during recess can be heard.

Ground Floor

A driveway is available for loading and unloading. The living space is on the ground level. The bedrooms are down one flight of stairs.

The circuit breaker is on the side of the house, right next to front gate. There are lots of outlets throughout the house. Standard residential rating.

No smoking inside or outside of the home. Moving of furniture is permitted as long as it's put back in place. No shoes on the carpet in the bedroom. Outside catering is permitted. Only 2 cars in the driveway. No trucks or vans can be parked in the community. Maximum of 15 people in the house. No loud noise. No staging, gathering or waiting in the front of the house.

Furniture can be moved around and placed in the garage. Accessories and wall art can be moved or removed. All items must be put back EXACTLY as found.
