About the Space
Our home can cater to large gatherings and can use the outdoor space for wonderful gatherings or ceremonies. We are a 2 level home with the upstairs large patio facing the Sedona Mountains. There are 2 kitchens *only 1 has an oven* so there can be lots of cooking taking place at the same time.

Lighting description
There are large windows throughout the upper & lower level of the home but the light can be controlled with shades and curtains. The times of the day that are brightest are between 10:00 am-3:00 pm
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
This is on a very quiet street with neighbors that are far apart from each other. There is also no noise from appliances EXCEPT for when the AC kicks on - but that lasts about 5 seconds.

Equipment loading description
The entrance does not require a ramp for the lower level. There are 2 small stairs to access the top level but a ramp can easily be added for a smoother entrance.

General Rules
There is no smoking in the home. No pets are allowed. No lights are allowed on the exterior part of the building after 10pm (this is Sedona city law.). No loud noises outside from 10 pm - 6 am.

Health and Safety Measures
We ensure that our cleaners use disinfecting cleaning material AFTER each guest leaves. They make sure that all areas are cleaned & tidy before the next guest.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
