Gorgeous natural light and beautiful interior design, our styled home is perfect for photoshoots, content creation, film and small productions. 201 Lofthaus is a cozy and private 1800 sq ft space that is conveniently located a few minutes north of downtown Houston and is exclusively used as a lifestyle and content studio. Features: - 2 story South facing Modern Home with High Ceilings -Walls of windows filling the space with soft natural light -Functional Luxury Kitchen with oversized island and wet bar -Professionally styled home like sets: living room space & 2 styled bedrooms -Convertible dining table can be used to seat up to 6 or styled as a desk or console table -Free street level parking -Private driveway with garage access available upon request -Studio is accessible at ground level for productions (floor plan available upon request) -Large sliding doors lead to an extended side covered patio and yard -Bonus office space to offload and setup equipment -Private changing and makeup room There is one restroom on the 1st floor and two bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Host is available via phone/chat throughout duration of booking. We are just minutes away from popular restaurants and outdoor photo locations in Houston Heights and Downtown areas. ***This house is not sound proof. It is located next to a train.***

Reservation Your rental begins promptly at your booked time and ends promptly at your end time. Reservation time must include set up, break-down, and clean-up to avoid additional charges. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed half-hour increments according to Peerspace guidelines. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Restrictions *Children must be supervised at all times. *Candles must be in holders that prevent wax from dripping on surfaces and put out at the end of reservation *Fireworks (including sparklers) are prohibited. *Frying food is not allowed in the space. *Nails, tacks, or staples may not be used in the walls or woodwork. If the tape is used, it must be painter’s tape. *Smoking is prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents. *Smoke machines, confetti, and glitter are prohibited in the Studio and within 25 feet of all building entrances, exits, windows, and air take vents *No illicit drug use is permitted, and the Studio reserves the right to terminate the reservation immediately without refund if such activity occurs. *Music or other sounds must not be audible beyond the walls, doors, and windows of the Studio. *Set up and breakdown times must fall within the total reservation period reserved. It is the responsibility of Renter and its vendors to set up, break down, and move equipment and other items within the Studio. *The renter may not sublease the Studio to any third party. *Company representatives may monitor all activities in the Studio and have the authority to enforce this Agreement. A Company representative may terminate the rental if Group breaches this Agreement or applicable local law. *Explicit sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Tasteful Boudoir shoots are allowed. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Yes, I would book again.

Novi was a great host. The location is a large space, which has lots of light and high ceilings. Our crew hired out the space for a day. As we are a UK based company, we had lots of questions, as were unable to view before hire. Great communication throughout the rental service. Highly recommend.
