Modern, architecturally striking apartment with a wonderfully framed view of downtown's skyline. A sumptuous private space for meetings, drinks and intimate social gatherings. Great, column-free open floor plan can be used very flexible way for films, events, and offsites. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceiling height (13') is also available upon request. Available for photoshoots and similar events.
