Modern, architecturally striking apartment with a wonderfully framed view of downtown's skyline. A sumptuous private space for meetings, drinks and intimate social gatherings. Great, column-free open floor plan can be used very flexible way for films, events, and offsites. Separate restroom for guest use. Great light through large skylights. Space opens to well-sized, landscaped backyard. Second in-law apartment with tall ceiling height (13') is also available upon request. Available for photoshoots and similar events. Highly recommend this space for hosting your next event. The hosts were super gracious, and we had a lovely evening celebrating our anniversary. The highlight for us was the stunning view of the city as well as the tasteful decor. Our guests had a great time, and we couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

This venue was beautiful and the host was very nice to talk to! When initially working out our booking, Alfonso was very accommodating to our specific requests. However, due to some discrepancies amongst our team we had to leave early, to no fault of the host.

The space is absolutely amazing. I booked it for wedding proposal event. The interior is beautiful and we have enough space to do our own decoration. Despite the fact that it was a rainy day and quite foggy, so we didn’t quite fully utilize what this space has to offer, we had a great and unforgettable moment there.

We booked Alfonso and Cord’s location for an interview. They were both amazing communicators and let us tour the place outside our booking dates. In regards to production, the place was super super quiet; you’d find it impossible to find a more quiet spot in SF. Would definitely book again. Ask about their San Rafael property as well!

Gorgeous, open space that felt very intimate for a small-medium sized party. We booked for a proposal and dinner party and we couldn't be more happy with the cleanliness and beautiful interior decoration. Having a backyard and patio made the space feel so much larger and freeing too. The hosts, Alfonso and Cord, were very professional and thorough throughput the process of reserving the space. Always open to questions and flexibility on use of space. It was a joy to work with them and they made the space immaculate before our event!
