Use of Vendors
1. CLIENT(S) must select a caterer from the Preferred Caterer List. There will be a commission fee added to a caterer that is not on our preferred vendors list.
2. All vendors must provide a copy of insurance and vendor is responsible for the set-up, break-down, and clean-up of their site. All vendors must adhere to the terms of our guidelines, and it is the client’s responsibility to share these guidelines with them.
3. Please allow appropriate time for your vendors to set-up, break-down and clean-up. Additional venue rental time is available for additional cost.
4. All event trash must be disposed of in the designated areas at the conclusion of the event.
5. All vendors must coordinate arrival and set-up time in advance.

Security cameras and recording devices
Camera's are located inside and outside. They record 24/7 to ensure everyone's safety.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We ensure detailed cleaning between each and every event. Safety for all is our top priority.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
