About the Space

A moody 325 sq. ft. living room in a 1923 Spanish style bungalow with a standout arch, yellow filtered light from transparent (removable) curtains, and additional breathing room for angled shots from the kitchen and bedroom. There are four windows with one facing East and the three (door) with light source from the South. There is minimal and storable furniture for easy adjustment and room for your team's set design.

Kat is very accommodating and communicative. This space is great for a minimal production. You have access to the entire place and furniture is very light if you need to move it. The light looks great, especially in the afternoon.
