Welcome to an ultra-private rustic Midcentury artist retreat in the hills of Danville. Decorated with a bohemian flair, punctuated by non-traditional architecture, sun-drenched by the massive floor-to-ceiling windows, surrounded by trees, and offering complete 360-degree privacy, your group will find total relaxation and serenity. Situated on over an acre, this 2-story home features 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, gigantic kitchen, living room, downstairs recreation room with conference table, yoga studio, sauna, piano corner, atrium, outdoor gazebo, eclectic furniture & art, and so much more! In addition, your group will enjoy a massive pool oasis located on its own private level free of visibility from the main house and neighbors. Perfect for an intimate wedding, film/tv production, corporate retreat, creative collaboration, friends and family reunions, and more. Additional cocktail & buffet tables + chairs can be rented to enhance your event. Catering and beverage station allowed on site.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
