About the Space
This modern, comfortable, tastefully decorated, single story, 1800 sq ft single family home is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Mountain View. Easy access off both Hwy 101 and 280. Excellent ambient lighting from skylights and large floor to ceiling windows. Air conditioned and multiple overhead fans for warmer weather, inviting gas fireplace adds lovely ambiance in the fall or winter. The dining area, kitchen and living room are in one open space and can accommodate a small film crew, talent and equipment. Dining room table expands to seat 10. High-speed internet access throughout. Color palettes are earth tones though one adjacent family room is bold red. One bedroom and one office are available for make up and dressing rooms. All windows except kitchen have privacy window shades. Back yard is private, landscaped and seasonally colorful. A small fountain on the side is contemplative. The side and back yards have large patio areas utilizing interlocking pavers and are perfect for entertaining.
